I do agree though, developing your homeland is worth it, but has always been worth it, and its now a trade off asking for gold or for territory when you have a peace deal. Hormuz, and trading nations near CoTs, give a nice boost to your income. I would say scuttages are pretty valuable, and certain nations make very good scuttages. ![]() I only have 2 diplo relation slots used up (1 strong ally and one vassal), so once I reach the maximum territories, I will start thinking about vassals (probably religious ones) in territories with a non-accepted culture. I was playing as Najd, and even when I reached the state limit as a Duchy (and was considerably far from being able to update to kingdom), I'd still take land. You are always better controlling land, or sticking territory in a vassal. ![]() I've never been stuck by territory limits in expanding.
